Before working with Ollie I was training pretty consistently and had a decent base, but I'd hit a bit of a plateau. I'd worked with another coach before and didn't really trust the direction or reasoning behind things, so it started to feel like I was just ticking boxes.
At a certain point I realised I wasn't actually learning anything I could take forward on my own. I needed better direction and someone who could explain what was going on and how to structure things myself. Since then, the main difference is I have a much deeper understanding of what I'm doing. I've definitely made progress, but more importantly I know why things are set up the way they are, which gives everything more purpose and focus.

Coaching at Ollie Wildman Coaching is delivered 1:1 by qualified human coaches. The team is Ollie Wildman (founder & head coach), Jalen Wilson and Joseph Fogliani. Every check-in, every adjustment, every conversation is with a real human. There is no AI coaching or automated responses involved.
Three months is the minimum because less than that isn't honest — you can't run the full method in 8 weeks. Most clients end up staying 6–12 months so we can work through the Lean & Strong → Metabolic Rebuild → Lean Gains sequence properly.
Ollie Wildman Coaching operates on standard commercial coaching agreements. Minimum block is 3 months because the method needs that time to run properly. Terms are clearly documented before any commitment, with defined obligations on both sides. You receive the full contract via DocuSign before payment so you can review every clause.
No. The programming is efficient by design — typically 3 to 5 sessions a week depending on your schedule and goal. We build it around the life you actually have, not the one you'd need to clear for fitness.

Usually because you got a plan, not a system — and nobody taught you the why. We run all six pillars (including the education and identity work) so you leave coaching able to run this yourself. The goal is independence, not dependency.
Yes, and I expect you to. A method that only works when life is perfect isn't a method. We build protocols for weekends, travel and social weeks so you can live normally and still make progress.
