Before working with Ollie I was training pretty consistently and had a decent base, but I'd hit a bit of a plateau. I'd worked with another coach before and didn't really trust the direction or reasoning behind things, so it started to feel like I was just ticking boxes.

At a certain point I realised I wasn't actually learning anything I could take forward on my own. I needed better direction and someone who could explain what was going on and how to structure things myself. I worked with Ollie over 6 months to get my head around how he sets things up, then run with it on my own.

Been the bloke in the corporate job. Made it work anyway.

Seven years in corporate IT recruitment in Manchester and London. Long hours, big nights, eating out four times a week. And somehow, through all of it, I kept the physique and the training because I'd built a system that fit around how I actually lived.

Before that — sport and exercise science at Birmingham, a season in the mountains, then years of travelling, still lean, still training. The method wasn't designed on a spreadsheet. It was pressure-tested on my own life for over a decade.

Now I hand it to the guys who've been where I was — bright, ambitious, capable everywhere except the gym. My job is to get them to the other side, and then out the door living it without me. That's Ollie Wildman Coaching.

  • Men, typically 28–45, who've tried before — gym phases, diets, probably a coach — but haven't made it stick long term. You're busy, capable, successful in other areas, and quietly frustrated that fitness is the one thing you haven't cracked.

  • Coaching at Ollie Wildman Coaching is delivered 1:1 by qualified human coaches. The team is Ollie Wildman (founder & head coach), Jalen Wilson and Joseph Fogliani. Every check-in, every adjustment, every conversation is with a real human. There is no AI coaching or automated responses involved.

  • Three months is the minimum because less than that isn't honest — you can't run the full method in 8 weeks. Most clients end up staying 6–12 months so we can work through the Lean & Strong → Metabolic Rebuild → Lean Gains sequence properly.

  • Ollie Wildman Coaching operates on standard commercial coaching agreements. Minimum block is 3 months because the method needs that time to run properly. Terms are clearly documented before any commitment, with defined obligations on both sides. You receive the full contract via DocuSign before payment so you can review every clause.

  • No. The programming is efficient by design — typically 3 to 5 sessions a week depending on your schedule and goal. We build it around the life you actually have, not the one you'd need to clear for fitness.

  • Trainerize. You get your programme, demos, check-ins, nutrition targets and direct messaging all in one place. Clean delivery, nothing cobbled together.

  • Ollie Wildman Coaching LLC is a registered business in the UAE. Contracts are processed through DocuSign, payments through Stripe under standard merchant terms. The business has worked with 500+ men across the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.   • Usually because you got a plan, not a system — and nobody taught you the why. We run all six pillars (including the education and identity work) so you leave coaching able to run this yourself. The goal is independence, not dependency.

  • Yes, and I expect you to. A method that only works when life is perfect isn't a method. We build protocols for weekends, travel and social weeks so you can live normally and still make progress.

  • You fill out a short form. If we're a fit, we get on a call to map out what you want and how we'd get you there. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
